WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU USE?
I use 4 different design software to create my products. Jutoh for ebooks, Indesign for formatting, and Photoshop in tandem with Adobe Illustrator for all graphic creation.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR IMAGES?
All images I use are purchased stock from various stock sites but the majority are purchased via Depositphotos. Illustrations are typically licensed through Creative Market. Clients may supply their own images/fonts but only with proof of copyright or purchase. All fonts used are also purchased. I do not use any free source images or fonts.

With the rise of AI work being uploaded to legitimate stock websites, if you ever believe that AI has been used in my artwork by accident, please contact me. If AI is found in the work, I will immediately rework violating pieces free of charge as I do not support or willfully use AI created art in any of my work.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY FILES BACK?
Most of my work is completed in 24-48hrs but I always ask that clients allow for 3-5 business days in order to plan for any unexpected delays.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
I ask that clients contact me a minimum of two weeks before their deadline. Rush orders can be completed if my schedule allows, but there is a one-time rush fee that is applied.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
The short answer is yes and the longer answer is sometimes. For new clients, there is a 50% nonrefundable deposit that is required to begin a project with AJ Wolf Graphics. But I hold the right to determine when a deposit is required with new or recurring clients.
Further note, every client new or old, is required to read and approve the Terms & Conditions before any work begins.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
At this time AJ Wolf Graphics does not actively offer payment plan options. But if you are in need of a service and are unable to pay, please contact me using the contact or inquiry pages to discuss further options.
