CONFIDENTIALITY
All the information that you (the client) shares with AJ Wolf Graphics is considered confidential, and will only be used by AJ Wolf Graphics to provide your desired design product. No information will ever be shared with any third party, unless requested to do so by you (the client). If formatting, all copyright of your complete manuscript remains to you as the author. Your work(s) will never be shared, sold, or duplicated in any way outside of completing your desired design project. Your work(s) will only be saved on secure, private drives that are owned exclusively by AJ Wolf Graphics, and will only ever be seen completely by AJ Wolf Graphics while your desired design product is being completed.

RIGHTS
Upon full payment, AJ Wolf Graphics will grant you (the client) exclusive license for the final file designs. Allow up to 24 hours for all finished files to be transferred to you.
​
Using any of the product(s) created by AJ Wolf Graphics prior to payment is considered theft and will result in an immediate lawsuit. Using any stolen product(s) entitles AJ Wolf Graphics to any royalties, payments, or monies that you have received or will receive during the time the stolen product(s) were being used.
​
AJ Wolf Graphics does not allow changes to be made to any of their designs without written consent. If you want another designer to work on a design that was purchased from AJ Wolf Graphics (formatting, graphics, or cover) then you must email prior and get approval before any work is done. Credit to AJ Wolf Graphics must stay on the work(s) as agreed upon in the affirmation section below.

IMAGE USAGE
You (the client) must abide by the terms of the license agreement for the images used in any of the designs which have been purchased by AJ Wolf Graphics for use.
​
Design costs include the license to use these images and is limited to a print run of 250,000 units and ebook of 500,000 units. If necessary, this 250,000/500,000 limit can be extended for an additional cost. It is your (the client’s) responsibility to inform AJ Wolf Graphics if the extended license is needed.
​
You (the client) may supply your own images but they must meet specifications set out by AJ Wolf Graphics, including:
*Proof of ownership
*Origin site/photographer
*If needed, proof of license agreement.

No items such as cups, bookmarks, t-shirts, pens etc. made with the finished book design may be sold. These items may be given away for promotional purposes only unless otherwise stated and/or the appropriate license has been purchased by you (the client) or AJ Wolf Graphics.
​
PAYMENTS
New clients not booking in advance (purchasing online) are required to pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit before any work is done. The remaining 50% is due before any final files are sent. Once the invoice has been paid you (the client) will receive the finished files via email or google drive.
​
For reoccurring clients no payments are made until you (the client) have approved files with the exception of premade purchases. Once the invoice has been paid you (the client) will receive the finished files via email or google drive.
​
AJ Wolf Graphics holds the the right to choose when to and when not to apply the 50% deposit rule regardless of whether you(the client) are a new or reoccurring client.
​
Failure to pay an invoice within 48hrs—without prior arrangement—will result in a 20% late fee added daily until payment in full has been made. If you (the client) should fail to pay an invoice entirely you will receive a final demand letter with the intent to sue followed by a lawsuit should you resist.
PRE-MADE PURCHASES
Pre-made sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Premade design proofs will be sent via email within 7 days of purchase and email contact.

Simple changes to pre-made items are free; ie font and simple color changes. Bigger changes will come with a fee—price varying depending on what you (the client) is wanting done.
TURN AROUND
Most formatting and graphic orders are completed within 3-5 business days and proofs are usually sent within 24hrs of starting an order. All orders are accepted on a first come first serve basis unless pre-scheduled. Pre-scheduled orders have time and spot priority over last-minute orders.

RUSH ORDERS
Any order needed in under 48hrs will have a one time rush fee of $50 added to their order.
​
CHANGES
AJ Wolf Graphics allows three small revisions (font, color, etc) and only one complete change for both graphic and formatting proofs for free. Each additional change after (revision or complete) will be $35.
​
CHANGES AFTER APROVAL
Changes made after the final files have been sent will be $50. Complete re-formatting will be $75-$125 depending on manuscript length and complexity of changes.

CANCELLATION
You (the client) will not be charged for any cancellation before work has been started on an order or 24 hours before your scheduled date. Canceling less than 24hrs before your scheduled date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Once an order has been started you (the client) will owe for the work that has been done. Cancellation in the middle of an order will not be refunded and you (the client) will owe the full balance.

ATTRIBUTION
By working with AJ Wolf Graphics you (the client) agree to put design credit inside of any ebook and/or paperback copy that the credit applies to in one of the following ways: Halle with AJ Wolf Graphics or AJ Wolf Graphics. You (the client) may choose to link to AJ Wolf Graphics webpage (www.ajwolfgraphics.com) if desired for the ebook but only text recognition is required. You (the client) also agree to let AJ Wolf Graphics share your completed project on their socials and web pages as promotional examples.

LIABILITY
AJ Wolf Graphics is not liable for damages of any kind, including loss of revenues, profits, business, reputation, or data, in any way related to our services. AJ Wolf Graphics is not responsible for any claim, loss, or injury based on errors or inaccuracies appearing on our site or in our clients’ written documents once designs have been approved.

Should AJ Wolf Graphics take longer to complete the project than originally planned, i.e. family emergency, act of nature, you (the client) will be contacted via email in order to agree upon a new project completion date.
CODE OF FAIR PRACTICE
AJ Wolf Graphics acknowledges that to the best of their knowledge, the work prepared is an original creation and has not been previously published and/or consent to use has been obtained. The work prepared does not contain any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter. You (the client) and/or others may not use AJ Wolf Graphics products in any way that may infringe upon the rights of others.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By working with AJ Wolf Graphics you (the client) accept these terms and by acknowledgment, you (the client) agree to hold AJ Wolf Graphics entirely free from any liability, including financial.
